My Approach to Directing:Theatre is action. Action is change.
I want to create and direct theatre that is socially productive and transformative. As a director, I place no greater value on one “type” of theatre than another. I believe the ultimate goal is the same: to communicate a story, message and an experience that will involve the audience moment to moment with the aim of transforming their thoughts and feelings. Toward this goal, I have created community-based theatre on a shoestring budget, directed in the university setting, and I have directed in the professional theatre with Broadway actors. All spectrums of theatre present wonderful challenges and brilliant journeys. I am committed to creating and directing theatre that is vibrant, magical, spellbinding, challenging and emotionally moving.
Theatre is a celebration of humanity; our faults, our dreams and our potential to change ourselves and the world for the better.

There is no stress in a production directed by Greg Ramos. There was not a single moment anyone felt daunted by the tremendous task of getting the show up. When Greg directs you know it will get done and it will get done WELL. As an actor I feel safe in his directorial hands because I know Greg will lead the production to a magnificent final product with integrity and vision. If Greg Ramos is at the helm of any ship, I'd sail it.
Abby Lee, Actor
Working with Gregory on Cabaret, was a gift of a lifetime. His process is so thoughtful, so clear and so informative. He gets to the heart of the matter, and he truly is the most inspiring director I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He’s an extraordinary gift to the world of theatre.
